AOL is ending support for games.com email addresses. Starting on October 11, 2024, you won't be able to send or receive emails using your games.com email address.
You'll temporarily still be able to sign in to your inbox to read old messages and access any files that were attached to emails until October 11, 2024, but you won't be able to send or receive emails from your games.com email address.
To prepare, we recommend you create a new AOL email address and transfer your emails from your games.com account to your new AOL Mail account.
- Go to AOL.com.
- Click Login / Join in the upper right hand corner.
- Click Sign up at the bottom of the screen.
- Enter the requested information.
- Click Continue.
Transfer emails from your games.com account to your new AOL Mail account
Don't risk losing important documents and information. Transfer your important emails from your games.com email address to your new AOL Mail account using one of these options:
- The easiest method will be to use the migration tool we've built! Log in with an active email account, provide credentials for your games.com account, and all your messages and contacts will be transferred.
- Forward your important emails to your new AOL Mail account while your games.com email address is still active and fully functioning.
- Use IMAP to download your games.com emails to your new AOL Mail account.
Update your online accounts to use your new email address
You won't be able to send or receive emails from your games.com account once it becomes inactive. If you're using your games.com email address for online accounts like banking, bills, social media, or as a recovery method, update your accounts with your newly created AOL email address.
Share your new email address with others
Connect with friends, colleagues, and family by sharing your new AOL email address with your contacts. A great way to let everyone know about your new email would be to send a message like, "I have a new email account! In the future, please send all correspondence to [your-username]@aol.com."
Additionally, add your new AOL email address to an auto-responding message that shares your new email address with people whenever they email your games.com account.
