Thanks for choosing one of our premium services! Once you sign up or subscribe to a product or service from Lifestore, you can activate it by clicking on the Login with AOL, DOWNLOAD NOW, or GET STARTED NOW button in your Oder Confirmation email. If you didn't receive an Order Confirmation email, follow the step-by-step instructions below.
Activating and downloading a product or service from Lifestore
1. Go to My Account and sign in with your master Username, Password and answer to your Account Security Question.
2. Under Service Options, click Manage My Subscriptions.
3. Locate the product or service you would like to activate and download. Under Subscription Information, copy and and paste the Access URL in to a separate browser tab or window.
Note: Depending on the product or service you are activating you may be directed to a file to download or a webpage to enter your member log-in information. If you do not have your member log-in information, click the forgot password link and follow the on-screen instructions to retrieve your password or create a new one.
4. Once logged in, follow the on-screen instructions to begin using the service.
Downloading additional products or services
To download an additional product or service:
1. While in My Account under Service Options, click the Add Services link to be directed to Lifestore and make your purchase.
Note: If a Username on an account attempts to purchase a product that is already owned or similar to a product already owned by any other Username on the account, they will be presented with a message. To view this message along with other messages Usernames on the account may be presented with, visit Usernames on an account are unable to purchase additional Lifestore products.
