We upgraded your Netscape Service so that your account will receive some of AOL’s greatest features including:

Why do I have to agree to your Terms of Service?

We’ve recently updated our Terms of Service and require all users to accept the new terms as part of Verizon Media.

What is included in my Netscape Internet Service Plan subscription?

All Netscape Internet Service plans include: Netscape Internet Service Software, Netscape Accelerator, and Netscape Email.

Depending on your plan, other features may be included like Netscape PC Virus provided by McAfee.

How do I manage my subscription?

Using myaccount.isp.netscape.com to update your information will still be as easy as ever. There you can update your method of payment, reset your password, view your account activity and more!

How do I log in to  my email?

The simplest way is to visit https://mail.aol.com and sign in with your full email address (including the @netscape.com) and password.

How do I set up my email on my phone, tablet or other email application?

Visit our help article for instructions on how to set up your email on your phone, tablet or other device and in third-party email applications like Outlook or Thunderbird.

What happens to my virus scan?

We automatically scan all incoming and outgoing files for viruses. For files you are sending, once a file has been rejected by the AOL email service as containing a virus, it can’t be sent even if the virus is cleaned by a virus scan on your computer. You’ll need to use another email service to send your file to the intended recipient.

What happens to my Spam Blocker?

The safety and security of all our users is essential to AOL Mail. To protect your account, most suspected spam messages are automatically filtered, but if you're still getting overwhelmed with unwanted messages, there are additional options you can customize to protect your privacy.

How much email storage do I get with AOL Mail?

The AOL Mail storage limit is 1 TB. Your email data can be accessed in the AOL app and across most devices so that you have access to your mail and files at all times.

How do I connect to the internet?

We have partnered with AOL to bring you a better way to connect to the internet over your phone line. Simply download the AOL Dialer and use your Netscape email address to get connected. You can also order a CD by calling 866-541-8233.
