If you get a ZOIDS! ERROR 8 message, that means there was an error loading AOL Mail. Usually, this is resolved by waiting a few minutes and then refreshing your browser. However, if you're still encountering issues after restarting, try using Basic Mail.

1. Sign in to AOL Mail.
2. Click Settings Icon of settings | More Settings More Icon.
3. Click Switch to basic Mail from the left pane.
4. Click Switch To basic Mail again to confirm.
