Allow AOL subscription order confirmation in your inbox

When you purchase a service or a product on AOL using your account and you didn't receive your confirmation email, make sure you check spam folder. The confirmation emails only go to the username that made the initial purchase.

Check your Spam folder

1. Sign in into your AOL account.
2. Click Spam.
3. Search for the info you need.

Mark the information as not spam

Once you're in Spam folder, open the email that you want to mark as "not spam" and on the top click Not Spam. If you can't locate your Order Confirmation email, activate AOL Premium Subscription Products product or service from My Account.
