Once you sign up or subscribe to a product or service from AOL Premium Subscription, you can activate it by clicking on the Login with AOL, DOWNLOAD NOW, or GET STARTED NOW button in your Oder Confirmation email. If you didn't receive an Order Confirmation email, follow the step-by-step instructions below.

Activating and downloading an AOL Premium Subscription product or service 

1. Sign in to My Account.
2. Click My Services | Subscriptions.
3. Locate the product or service you would like to activate and download. Under Subscription Information, copy and paste the Access URL in to a separate browser tab or window.
- Depending on the product or service you are activating you may be directed to a file to download or a webpage to enter your member log-in information. If you do not have your member log-in information, click the forgot password link and follow the on-screen instructions to retrieve your password or create a new one.
4. Once logged in, follow the on-screen instructions to begin using the service.
