Remove your posts, comments, votes, and profile from the AOL Feedback Forums

Product feedback, ideas, comments, and votes are welcomed at the AOL Feedback Forums. If you've participated in the forums and want to remove your posts, comments, or votes, you can. You can also close your AOL Feedback Forums profile.

Delete your post

When you delete posts, only posts that don't have comments and votes from other forum users will be removed. Posts with support from others will remain on the forums, and the post author will be changed to "Anonymous."

1. Click on any of the AOL Feedback Forums.
2. Sign in.
3. Click Settings.
4. Locate the post you want to delete in the list of posts shown.
5. Click Delete... on the post.

Delete your comment from a post

1. Click on any of the AOL Feedback Forums.
2. Sign in.
3. Click Settings.
4. Click the title of the post you want to remove your comment from.
5. Click Delete... on your comment.

Remove your vote from a post

Posts you've voted on will have a Voted button below the post rank. When you remove a vote from a post, it applies only to that post, and not to all posts you've voted on.

1. Click on any of the AOL Feedback Forums.
2. Sign in.
3. Click Settings.
4. Locate the post you want to remove your vote from.
5. Click Voted.
6. Click Remove votes.

Close your profile

When you close your AOL Feedback Forums profile, any of your posts others have commented or voted on will remain on the forums, but the post author will be changed to "Anonymous." Any posts that don't have comments or votes from others will be removed.

1. Click on any of the AOL Feedback Forums.
2. Sign in.
3. Click Settings.
4. Click Delete my profile...
5. Click OK.
