Package updates are displayed at the top of the inbox or in the receipts view tab under packages filter. They include more information and quick links to assist you with tracking your deliveries and in-store pickup orders.

Activate package tracking on iOS

1. Tap Settings and Privacy.
2. Tap Notifications.
- If AOL notifications are off you have to turn them on by tapping Enable Notifications.
3. Tap Active Updates.
4. Toggle on Packages and Package auto tracking.

Activate package tracking on Android

1. Open Settings | tap Notifications.
2. Tap AOL.
3. Tap Parcel delivery emails.
2. Toggle on Allow notifications.
