Cancel AOL MyBenefits MyPrivacy and/or MyReputationDiscovery subscription

If you’re currently enrolled in the complimentary AOL MyBenefits MyPrivacy and/or MyReputationDiscovery service and would like to cancel, please follow the steps below.

1. Sign in to My Account with your primary Username and Password.

2. Click My Services | Subscriptions to access your account information.

3. Click Manage next to your subscription.

4. Click Cancel.

5. Review the confirmation page. It will offer you the option of changing to a lower-priced plan rather than canceling your account. If you'd like to proceed with changing your account to a free AOL account, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Cancel My Billing.

6. Select a reason for canceling from the drop-down menu and then click Cancel My Billing.

Note: Canceling your MyPrivacy and/or MyReputationDiscovery subscription does not cancel your AOL Plan, it only cancels your MyPrivacy and/or MyReputationDiscovery subscription. If you click Keep My Plan, you are choosing to keep your MyPrivacy and/or MyReputationDiscovery subscription.

7. You'll receive an email that confirms your service has been canceled. Please keep in mind it may take a few hours to complete the cancellation process. Remember, if you change your mind, you can always re-enroll at mybenefits.aol.com.
