Choose a theme, change your message layout, enable the message preview pane, and select appropriate inbox spacing to customize your Inbox and create the perfect email experience.
Select Inbox spacing
1. Click the Settings Icon 
.
2. Under "Inbox Spacing," select one of the following options:.
- Small
- Medium
- Large
Select font size
Do you want to adjust the default font size used in your AOL Mail inbox? If the font size in your messages list and emails is causing readability issues, changing it may help.
To increase the font size:
1. Click the Settings Icon .
2. Toggle on 
Enable large text size to increase text size.
To switch back to the default font size, toggle this setting off again.
Select the Inbox color and design theme
1. Click the Settings Icon .
2. Select a colored circle to change your theme.
3. Select an option to customize where your theme appears:
- Light (top margin)
- Medium (top margin and side margins)
- Dark (entire page).
Select message and preview pane layout
1. Click the Settings Icon .
2. Under "Message Layout", select one of the following options:
- List (no preview pane).
- Right (show message in a preview pane on the right).
- Bottom (show message in a preview pane on the bottom).
