If you've received an attachment in your email you want to save, you can download the file right to your computer. Download all attachments in a single zip file, or download individual attachments. While this is often a seamless process, you should also be aware of how to troubleshoot common errors.
Emails with attachments can be identified with Attachment icon 
in the message preview from the inbox.
Download all attachments
- Open the email.
- Click Download all attachments as a zip file.
- The file will be downloaded to your computer. - Open the file on your computer. It will often be under "Downloads".
Download individual attachments
- Open the email.
- Hover over the attachment | click the Download icon
on each image.
