Enable the camera permission on a mobile browser

If you've disabled the camera permission on a website and need to use the camera, you can manually re-enable the permission on your mobile browser.

Enable permissions on Chrome

1. In the upper-right, tap the 3-dot menu Image of the 3-dot menu in Chrome. .
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Site Settings | select Camera.
4. Expand the "Blocked" section and tap the appropriate site.
5. Tap Allow.

Enable permissions on Firefox

1. Tap the Lock icon Image of the Lock icon in Firefox. .
2. Tap Clear cookies and site data.
3. Refresh the page to allow the camera permission prompt to reappear.

Enable permissions on Safari

Refresh the page to allow the camera permission prompt to reappear or manually toggle the permission.

1. Tap the 'aA' icon Image of the 'aA' icon in Safari. .
2. Tap Website Settings.
3. Under the 'Allow [website name] to Access' section, tap Camera and select either Ask or Allow.

Enable permissions on Samsung Internet

1. Tap the Menu icon Image of the menu icon in Samsung Internet. .
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Sites and downloads.
4. Tap Site permissions.
5. Tap Camera.
6. Toggle the button next to the appropriate site.
