How many memberships are included in LifeLock Ultimate Plus?

Your LifeLock Ultimate Plus subscription will include two adult memberships.

Am I eligible to upgrade to LifeLock Ultimate Plus?

Members who subscribe to certain AOL plans may be eligible to upgrade to LifeLock Ultimate Plus. To view what your AOL plan has to offer, check out your AOL MyBenefits page.

How do I upgrade to LifeLock Ultimate Plus?

If your account has a plan that includes LifeLock, you'll see the option to upgrade listed in MyBenefits. To upgrade your subscription to LifeLock Ultimate Plus:

1. Sign in to MyBenefits.
2. Locate your LifeLock benefit.
3. Click UPGRADE FOR $10 OFF.
4. Click Try it Free on the LifeLock Ultimate Plus landing page.
5. Review your email address.
6. Click the check box to review and agree to our terms of service.
7. Click Start My Free Trial.
8. Click Get Started Now.

Do I need to re-enter all my information again once I upgrade to LifeLock Ultimate Plus?

No, you will not need to re-enter your personal information once you activate your LifeLock Ultimate Plus subscription. Your information will be transferred over from your current LifeLock membership. You will also use the same username and password as your current LifeLock subscription.

What happens to my LifeLock Ultimate Plus membership if I change or cancel my AOL plan?

If you change your AOL Plan to another plan, you will continue to receive identity theft protection from the LifeLock Ultimate Plus subscription. If you cancel your AOL Plan you will still retain your LifeLock Ultimate Plus membership as long as it remains an active subscription. However, you may not be eligible for exclusive discounts and special offers from the other benefits in your AOL plan.
