AOL offers top security with a Norton Security Online subscription that you can update at any time. If your credit card has expired, the number has changed, or you want to view or cancel the activity on your Norton Security Online subscription, you can do all of that from your MyAccount page.
View your statement
Your Billing Statement will show all your subscription charges in MyAccount.
1. Sign in to MyAccount.
2. Hover over My Wallet | click View My Bill.
3. Select the date you want to see.
Change your payment
1. Sign in to MyAccount.
2. Under Norton Security Online, click Manage.
3. Click Change Payment.
4. Choose Edit payment method to update your existing card payment or click Add credit or debit card to enter a different card.
5. Enter your info and click Submit.
Delete your payment info
1. Sign in to MyAccount.
2. Mouse over My Wallet | click Payment Method.
3. Click Delete.
4. Click OK.
Download your MyAccount data
1. Sign in to MyAccount.
2. Mouse over My Profile | click Download My Data.
3. Select a verification method and enter the code you receive.
4. Click Download My Data.
5. Select to save the file or open it in a specific program, then click OK.
Cancel your Norton Security Online subscription
1. Sign in to MyAccount.
2. Under your Norton Security Online subscription, click Manage.
3. Click Cancel.
4. Select a reason for your cancellation.
5. Click Cancel my subscription.
