My account was deleted

Depending on your account's history, it's possible for it to be removed from AOL, CompuServe, or Netscape and be inaccessible. You can always sign up for a new account, just keep in mind that your old username may not be available for you to use.

Actions that may result in an account being deleted:

• Your account was inactive for an extended period of time.
• Your account was used in a way that violates our Terms of Service. When an account violates any of the policies in our Terms of Service, it may be deleted.
• You requested that your account be deleted.
