Get instant access to previously purchased AOL services! With a few simple clicks, AOL lets you reactivate your subscription and pay any past due balances. You'll even have the option to upgrade or change your plan if you find a better option that works for you.
This option is available for Canadian customers only. All other customers should contact us to reactivate your AOL paid services.
1. Go to your My Account page.
2. Click My Services | Subscriptions.
3. Select your connection speed.
4. Click Select Plan on the plan you'd like to purchase.
5. Enter your payment info. This is required even if the card on file is still active.
6. Click Submit.
Any past due balance will be will be paid when reactivating, however, it may take a few minutes for the balance to clear.
