Entering a password to sign in to your AOL Account can sometimes feel like a hassle, especially if you forget it! But, if your smart device is enabled with biometric authenticators like a fingerprint sensor or facial recognition technology, you can log in with ease.

Enable Biometric Sign-in

Note: The option to enable biometrics as a sign-in method may not yet be made available to you. If you're presented with the option to enable it when logging in, follow the prompts to complete the process.

Disable Biometric Sign-in

1. Sign in and go to your AOL Account Security page.
2. Tap Face/Fingerprint/PIN sign in.
3. Tap Remove.
4. Tap Yes, Remove to confirm.
