How do I sign up for LifeLock?

If you would like to sign up for LifeLock, follow the directions below:

1. Visit our Protection plan that includes LifeLock.

2. Click TRY IT.

3. If you are a returning customer, select I am a returning customer and click Continue. If requested, sign in with your Username or Email and Password.

Note: If you are a new customer, select I am a new customer and click Continue. Then enter your Email Address, Confirm Email Address, Password, Retype Password, First Name and Last Name and click Next.

4. If you have not provided your payment information, please do so:

  • Enter your Card Type, Credit Card Number, Expiration Date, Security Code, First Name, Last Name, Billing Address, City, State, and Zip Code.

5. Review your billing information and click Place Order.

6. The Checkout Order Confirmation screen will display containing your billing information and order summary. Click Get Started and follow the on-screen instructions to begin using your subscription.

Additionally, an email from Premium from AOL or one of our partners confirming your order will be sent to your email account. If you’d like to begin using the subscription at a later time, just sign in to your email account, locate the LifeLock email and follow the on-screen instructions to get started.

How do I sign in to use LifeLock?

To sign in to use LifeLock:

1. Go to My Account.

2. Sign in with your primary Username or Email and Password.

3. Click My Services | Subscriptions.

4. Locate LifeLock. Under Subscription Details, copy and paste the Access URL in to a separate browser tab or window.

5. Once logged in, follow the on-screen instructions to begin using the service.

NOTE: After registering with LifeLock you may receive an email from AOL stating there was an issue during your enrollment. If you receive this email and need further assistance enrolling, please contact LifeLock at 1-800-LIFELOCK.

What information do I need to enroll in LifeLock?

Once you enroll with LifeLock as an AOL Premium Subscription, you will need to provide LifeLock some additional information after which your membership begins. The following information is required for each family member:

  • Social Security number
  • Date of birth
  • Address
  • Credit card information
  • Phone numbers

LifeLock requires this information to activate your protection and provide alerts.

How do I know my personal information is secure with LifeLock?

LifeLock maintains the highest level of Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) compliance. As a Level 1 merchant under the PCI-DSS, LifeLock follows a set of requirements that helps protect cardholder data. This is the accepted standard for all organizations that process credit card information.

In maintaining Level 1 compliance, LifeLock performs periodic vulnerability scanning and penetration testing of its network and other critical applications, applies industry-accepted encryption to all sensitive data, enforces strict and formal logical access controls and separation of duties, and restricts access to LifeLock facilities through biometric reader access.

How do I cancel LifeLock?

What is AOL Fulfillment Services?
